CORONA VIRUS – UPDATES

In order to comply with OSHA regulations covering “Safe Work Place” and emergency State, Federal and Local regulations Local 22’s Health Plan office will

•  Be closed to public business transactions – all business transactions and inquiries will be handles via telephone, e-mail, fax or US Postal service.
• There will be NO WALK-IN service until further notice.
•  Health Plan staff will be in the office to answer your calls and receive all e- mail, fax and Postal Service inquiries.

Local 22’s Health Plan will continue to work hard to keep our members safe and informed throughout this entire Corona Virus ordeal.

•  Keep your hands away from your face
•  Cover your mouth when coughing / sneezing
•  Practice social distancing when out
•  Maintain clean work area
•  If you have fever, cough and difficulty breathing seek medical care early.

MHC – Mental Health Consultants – is available to our members / dependents. They offer quality Mental Healthcare Professionals to help deal with added Stress and Anxiety we may be experiencing due to the ongoing Corona Virus outbreak.

The Spring Ultra Sound Screenings have been postponed due to the Corona Outbreak. Members who have made appointments will be contacted by NDS and no further appointments will be scheduled. No date has been set for the test. When the Screenings are reset we will notify our members to reschedule their appointments.
